Cornerwise is run by a small team. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — emails come to us, and we answer them ourselves.
Email us
We reply to every email, usually within one working day, Monday to Friday. If you write over a weekend or a US public holiday, you will hear from us on the next working day.
To help us sort things out in a single reply, please include your order number if you have one, and a photograph if the question is about a damaged or faulty item.
What we can help with
- Where is my order — have your order number ready and we will trace it with the carrier.
- Returns and refunds — you have 120 days; email us and we will send a return authorisation and the return address.
- Warranty claims — 2 years on the mechanism.
- Is my car's glass tempered or laminated — genuinely happy to talk this through, and it is the single most useful thing you can check.
- Bulk and gift orders — get in touch and we will work something out.
