Cornerwise is run by a small team, and emails come straight to us. There is no call centre and no ticket queue.
Write to us at contact@cornerwiseco.com, or use the form below. We reply to everything ourselves, usually within one working day, Monday to Friday.
If your message is about an order, please include your order number. If it is about a damaged or faulty tool, a photograph lets us sort it out in one reply instead of three.
Things we are asked most
- Where is my order? Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after you get the email. If there is still nothing after four working days, write to us.
- I would like to return something. You have 120 days. Email us and we will send a return authorisation and the address to post it to.
- Is my car's glass tempered or laminated? Ask us. It is the single most useful thing to check, and we are happy to walk through it.
